Acceptable Use Policy

minimax3.com is built for creative and production work: ads, product videos, social content, music, storyboards, and everything in between. It is not built for sexual content, for putting real people in situations they never agreed to, or for deceiving anyone. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every prompt, upload, reference file, generated output, account, and API request.

1. Content You May Not Create, Upload, or Share

Sexual content. No nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, fetish content, or pornography of any kind — generated or uploaded, realistic or stylised.

Anything sexual or exploitative involving minors. No sexual or suggestive content involving minors, no age-inappropriate depictions, and no exploitative material of any kind, real or fictional. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Non-consensual use of a real person. No intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, no sexual deepfakes, and no use of a real person's face, body, or voice in a way they have not agreed to. See Section 2.

Deception. No synthetic footage or audio presented as a real recording of real people or events, no fake news, no fraudulent documents or advertising, no impersonation of a person, brand, or organisation, and no content designed to manipulate elections or public health.

Harassment, hate, and violence. No content that harasses, threatens, or degrades a person or group; no hate speech targeting protected characteristics; no glorification of violence, terrorism, or extremism; no content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

Illegal content and dangerous activity. No content that breaks the law or facilitates illegal activity — including instructions for weapons, drugs, or malware — and no content that violates someone's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy.

2. Real People, Faces, and Voices

The models behind this Service can generate lifelike video and speech, so real people get extra protection:

• Upload a real person's photo, video, or voice only if that person is you, or you have their explicit permission to use it this way.
• Do not create content that shows a real person — including public figures — saying or doing something they did not say or do, unless it is clearly labelled as fictional or satirical and cannot be mistaken for real.
• Do not clone or imitate a real person's voice without their consent, and do not use generated speech to impersonate someone.
• Do not generate content about private individuals that reveals personal information or targets them.

3. Account and Platform Abuse

• Do not try to bypass or weaken safety filters, moderation, blocked terms, rate limits, or access controls — including by rewording a blocked prompt until it gets through.
• Do not create multiple accounts to collect free credits, sign-up bonuses, or check-in rewards, and do not share one account between several people.
• Do not access the Service with bots, scrapers, or automation other than the official developer API used under your own API key and within its rate limits.
• Do not resell, rent, or share access to the Service, your account, your API key, or your credits, and do not present the Service as your own product without our written agreement.
• Do not reverse engineer the Service, probe or overload its infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use a payment method that is not yours, and do not open payment disputes for purchases you have used.

4. How We Enforce This Policy

We use automated filters — our own and the model providers' — and review accounts by hand when a problem is reported or detected. Depending on what happened and how often, we may:

1. block a prompt or refuse to generate;
2. remove an output or an uploaded file;
3. issue a warning;
4. freeze credits or suspend the account while we investigate;
5. terminate the account permanently.

An account closed for violations loses access to stored outputs and remaining credits and is not eligible for a refund. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content, anything involving minors, and fraud lead directly to termination. Where the law requires or permits, we preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Reporting

If you see content or account activity that breaks this policy, or if your likeness or work has been used without permission, email support@minimax3.com with a link or description and, for likeness or copyright claims, enough information for us to verify that you are the person or the rights holder. We review every report.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the models, the law, or the ways people try to misuse AI change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
